Stand instead with God Keeping his Power simmering within you, Showing the World his Great Love.” - Trusting God with Every Breath for March 11 

What a Word, in Acts 20:24 Paul talks about, “Finishing the Race.” 

Countless times, I tried to Figure out Life the Wrong way. 

Until I tried with Jesus, and he said I can do all things because He gives me Strength. (Philippians 4:13)

I can’t do it all on my Own, I need Jesus.

𝚠𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚖𝚢 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚝𝚜 𝚝𝚘 𝚠𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛, 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚖𝚢 𝚑𝚎𝚊𝚛𝚝 𝚙𝚞𝚕𝚕𝚜 𝚖𝚎 𝚝𝚘𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐𝚜. 

𝙸 𝚔𝚗𝚘𝚠 𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗’𝚝 𝚐𝚘𝚘𝚍 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚖𝚎, 𝚑𝚎𝚕𝚙 𝚖𝚎 𝚛𝚎𝚖𝚎𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛 𝚝𝚘 𝚕𝚘𝚘𝚔 𝚝𝚘 𝚈𝚘𝚞 𝚏𝚒𝚛𝚜𝚝.

Spiritual Strength & Personal Growth | Day 9/40 | Acceptance Affirmation | 

I ACCEPT the Presence of Divine Life Expressing itself as me. 

I ACCEPT my right to be alive.

I ACCEPT my right to know Joy.

I ACCEPT my right to Live in Peace.

I ACCEPT my right to know Love, Give Love, and Receive Love.

I ACCEPT that when I do not Choose Joy, Peace, and Love as the Foundation of my Life, I am choosing a Reality that is not Divine.

Above all, I choose to ACCEPT the Will, Joy, Peace, and Love of the Divine as the center of my being and the Foundation of my Life. 

For this I am so Grateful! 

And So it is!

Let me Remember. . . . . 

ACCEPTANCE is a Sign of Courage.

ACCEPTANCE Empowers me to make a conscious choice.

ACCEPTANCE of what is does not mean liking it as it is. 

Choosing in Fear is not ACCEPTANCE.

Choosing in Anger is not ACCEPTANCE.

ACCEPTANCE requires that I trust myself and the Divine.

ACCEPTANCE requires that I be Patient with myself, others, and the process of Life.

Trusting God with Every Breath | March 11 | Day 9/40 |  

Psalm 38:9 - “All my Longings lie open before you Lord; my sighing is not hidden from you.” 

What are your temptations? Believing the worst about someone because of your own personal wounds? 

Wasting time at work, Feeling that you deserve it? 

Embracing self-pity if you feel wronged even if that was not someone’s intention?

Succumbing to Fear of the Future when you are uncertain of Life? 

Satan tempts us according to our weaknesses and personality.

However, when we belong to Jesus, his power in us keeps us from falling into temptation. 

But only when we decide not to succumb. Satan’s goal is to remove our connection to God through temptation.

When we lose our connection to God, we are of no Value to God.

His light in us becomes shadows by sin, stopping him from drawing others to him through us.

And if Satan helps you become of zero value to God, then what does it matter if you are God’s child?

Yes, your eventually heavenly reward, but I’m talking about your everyday life. 

Your interactions with Family, Friends, and the great big world.

Think back to a time when you let your mood slide into the toilet.  When you succumbed, did you shine God’s light on others? 

If you lashed out, then the opposite is true. OUCH.

Recognize your weaknesses. Look out for satan’s temptations to slam you to the ground. 

And next time, instead of agreeing with the Tempter, declare, “None of these things move me” (Acts 20:24) 

Stand instead with God Keeping his Power simmering within you, Showing the World his Great Love. 

What are your temptations?

Remember, God’s power in us keeps us from acting upon our temptation only when we decide not to.
