Matthew 5:13-16 - “13) You are the Salt of the Earth. But if the Salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?


It is no longer Good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.


You are the Light of the World. A town built on a Hill cannot be hidden. 


Neither do people like a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on a stand, and it goes light to everyone in the house.


In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven.” 


You are the salt of the Earth and the Light of the world. 


As Jesus said to his disciples, when he was teaching them. What it meant to be part, of the kingdom of God.  


On Earth if you’re a follower of Christ, this is your identity as well.


You are the Salt of the Earth, & a Light of the world.

Trusting God with Every Breath | Day 10/40 | March 12 | Jesus Loves Me |


1John 4:12 - “No one has ever seen God; but if we Love one another, God lives in us and his Love is made complete in us.”


“Jesus loves me, this I know. For the Bible tells me so. Little ones to him belong. They are weak but he is Strong.”


All of us remember that song well, Yes? 


Jesus actually loves us. The Creator of the Universe, who gave himself for us on the cross,  loves us.


With everything he has, he loves us. Knows us. Chooses us. And I know this because of the Bible, God Breathed, Living Word, tells me so. 


We are his Children, belonging to him, connected, joined with him.


Yes, we are so utterly weak in our own strength, but Jesus is so very strong.


Jesus carries us through life, filling us up with his Strength. Why?


Because we belong to him. And because he loves us so. What a stunning reminder of his Faithfulness. 


He knows it all. He’s seen it all. And he’s not going anywhere.


Jesus, Thank you for your Love that fills us up when we are empty. Thank you for unaliving on the cross for our sins.


Thank you for setting us free from our worldly cares.


Thank you for being near to us each and every moment.


You are here with us whenever we call out to you.


And when we are silent, you are still there. 


Your faithfulness astounds us.


Because JESUS LOVES YOU, you are safe.


How can God show his Strength through your weakness today?

Demonstrate Love by Willingly Choosing to Give in to an area of Disagreement between you and your Spouse/Friend/God/Other.
