1Samuel 16:7 - “For God doesn’t Judge what man Judges, Man looks at the Outward Appearance; but the Lord looks at the Heart.”


You don’t have to prove your worth to anyone. 


God sees your Heart and knows your intentions.


While others judge from the outside, the Lord sees what truly matters.

Trusting God with Every Breath | March 23rd | Genesis 50:20 | Loving them Still | 


Genesis 50:20 - “You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for Good. He brought me to this position so I could save the Lives of many People.” 


Everyone played their part in God’s plan for our Salvation.


Everyone, even the soldiers who unalived Jesus. Instead of hurling insults at his persecutors, Jesus prayed for them.


He could have said Jamey brilliant things to combat their assaults. But he didn’t. 


When you pray for someone you don’t like, pray that God will fill you with compassion for that person. 


Notice Jesus didn’t condone his persecutors. He didn’t welcome their pain. But he prayed for them. While gaming on the cross, in more agony than we will ever know. 


Jesus chose to pray for them. While the weight of the world’s sin on his back, he continued to think of them before himself. 


He wanted God to keep pursuing them, to bring his persecutors to forgiveness. 


Your enemies don’t really know what they are doing either. Just like you don’t know what’s really going on inside of their heads.


People act to protect themselves. Sometimes, they don’t care whom they take down in the process.


We only forgive our enemies with God’s help. With his Love Pouring through us, we can extend his Grace to Others. Even those who are mean.


With God’s Help, Forgive those who have hurt you.

Be intentional Today about making time to Pray and Read your Bible. 


Try Reading a Chapter in Psalms or Proverbs each Day, or Reading a Chapter in the Gospel of John. 


As you do, immerse yourself in God’s Love and Find Rest in the promise and Peace he has for you. 


This will add to your Growth as you walk with him.
